When Will We Have Our Product Delivered?

Once your orders are completed and turned into your New Milford Farms contact and is paid for, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Changes might occur in delivery date due to increased productivity at the plant, in which case we will contact you immediately.
Where Will We Have Our Product Delivered?

We suggest delivering it to a parking lot, football field, or track. Any area large enough for a tractor trailer to move in and out easily for unloading will work.
How Are Our Customers Going to Get Their Product?

Your volunteers and students should plan a day and time to be at the school for customers topick up their products. ** Note that products must be kept in a safe place as to discourage any manipulation or damage.
How Will My School Market the Products?

Advertise in your schools, PTA or PTO meetings, Athletic Events, and get the word out to students, parents and family members!
How Much Can My Organization Expect To Gain?

The revenue is in your hands. Since our price to you reflects wholesale discounts, we suggest you double this price for selling. This will allow your school a 50% gross profit margin and raises the prices to the average retail price for the customer.
Tractor Trailer Loads

A full truckload consists of 18-24 pallets depending on weight. Depending on the product sold, there are approximately 900-1440 bags per truckload. One pallet consists of 60-80 bags of the same products. If your organization does not sell an entire truckload there is a $75.00 half load fee for anything under 10 pallets.
