Order Processing Specialist (Part-Time, Hybrid)
The Order Processing Specialist’s responsibilities include:

Builds and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers

Facilitates communication between customers, carriers, suppliers and facilities

Addresses and resolves customer and supplier concerns
-
Daily, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting as required or requested
-
Other tasks as assigned
This is an entry-to-mid-level role for individuals who are looking for a high-energy position working 20-30 hours per week. Pay rate starts at $16-$18 hourly, depending on experience.
Flexible schedule! Choose your own working hours – any times between 7AM – 7PM EST Monday-Friday, or 7AM – 3PM EST on Saturdays.
This is a hybrid position – partially in-office and partially remote.
Several weeks of paid training will be provided. Great for new graduates, those who are looking to change careers, or people coming back to the workforce after a time away!
Requirements include:

1-3 years of related experience is preferred, particularly call center or customer service.

A high level of reliability, attention to detail, and self-direction is required.

Excellent professional communication skills across all media is required.

The successful candidate must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
