We are searching for an action oriented and outgoing individuals who can take a hands-on position at our facilities. We are looking for dynamic and versatile individuals to manage our operations including composting, packaging, material handling, along with safety and environmental concerns.

Essential functions and responsibilities in this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Plan and set production goals by facility based on forecast and business needs
• Provide leadership and development to operational associates in order to provide adequate succession planning
• Interprets and enforces company safety policies
• Ensures environmental compliance
• Directs all operational associates in execution of company objectives
• Control and minimize S/G/A expenses, fuel, and maintenance and capital expenditures
• Maintain cleanliness of the facility
• Plan and facilitate strategic meetings and Standard Operating Procedure review meetings to monitor process execution and participation at all levels

• Always provide customers with timely, courteous service.
• Build relationships with customers and key accounts.
• Entering and reviewing customer orders.
• Work with customers and truckers to schedule pick ups and deliveries.
• Consistently monitor trucker database to ensure accurate and up to date information.
• Coordinate shipments of product to from production locations, inventory locations, and final destinations.
• Monitor status of orders to make sure they are processed and delivered in a timely manner.
• Monitor phone lines and deal with each call in an appropriate and timely manner.
• Communicate and consistently update Supply Chain Team Members and Direct Supervisor.
• Communicate with other team members, senior management teams and sales team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of High School Degree Required.
• PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in Logistics or Customer Service is recommended.
• Excellent Verbal Communication, professional and courteous.
• Decision making skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Some extended shifts maybe required.
• Must be flexible in changing work conditions/hours.
